जिले में व्यापारिक गतिविधियों को और अधिक सुगम बनाने तथा उद्यमियों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए मंगलवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिला व्यापार एवं उद्योग बंधु समिति की मासिक समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता जिलाधिकारी कविता मीना एवं मुख्य विकास अधिकारी श्रुति शर्मा ने की। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी, व्यापार मंडल के पदाधिकारी तथा उद्यमियों ने भाग लिया।
बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने पिछली बैठक में उठाए गए मुद्दों और उनके निस्तारण की विभागवार समीक्षा की। समीक्षा के दौरान कुछ मामलों के लंबित पाए जाने पर उन्होंने नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए उपायुक्त उद्योग को निर्देश दिए कि सभी लंबित प्रकरणों का निस्तारण सात दिन के भीतर कराकर विस्तृत आख्या प्रस्तुत की जाए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि बिना कारण प्रकरणों को लंबित रखने वाले अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी तय की जाएगी और उनके खिलाफ आवश्यक कार्रवाई भी की जाएगी।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि जनपद में निवेश और उद्योगों के अनुकूल वातावरण तैयार करना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है। इसके लिए व्यापारियों और उद्यमियों की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान आवश्यक है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि उद्योगों से जुड़े मामलों में अनावश्यक देरी न की जाए और प्रत्येक शिकायत का गुणवत्तापूर्ण निस्तारण सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
बैठक में कानून-व्यवस्था एवं सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर भी चर्चा हुई। जिलाधिकारी ने व्यापारियों से अपने प्रतिष्ठानों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने, बीट पुलिसिंग व्यवस्था में सहयोग करने तथा किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की जानकारी तत्काल पुलिस को देने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि व्यापारिक क्षेत्रों की सुरक्षा मजबूत होने से अपराधों पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण स्थापित किया जा सकेगा।
नगर पालिका परिषद एवं लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों और प्रमुख बाजारों में सड़क, नाली, स्ट्रीट लाइट तथा साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्थाएं बेहतर बनाई जाएं। साथ ही अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए नियमित अभियान चलाया जाए ताकि व्यापारियों और आम लोगों को आवागमन में किसी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े।
औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में जलभराव की समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों को 15 दिनों के भीतर स्थायी समाधान सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में व्यापार मंडल के प्रतिनिधियों ने व्यापार सुगमता बढ़ाने और औद्योगिक विकास को गति देने से जुड़े विभिन्न सुझाव भी रखे, जिन पर प्रशासन ने सकारात्मक कार्रवाई का भरोसा दिलाया।
DM Chairs District Trade and Industry Facilitation Committee Meeting, Directs Disposal of Pending Cases Within Seven Days
Hapur, June 23, 2026: A monthly review meeting of the District Trade and Industry Facilitation Committee (Udyog Bandhu) was held at the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Kavita Meena and Chief Development Officer Shruti Sharma. The meeting was attended by traders, industrialists, representatives of trade associations, and officials from various departments.
During the meeting, the District Magistrate conducted a department-wise review of issues and grievances raised in previous meetings. Expressing concern over pending cases, she directed the Deputy Commissioner of Industries to ensure that all unresolved matters are disposed of within seven days and submit a detailed compliance report. She warned that accountability would be fixed for officers who unnecessarily delay the resolution of cases.
The District Magistrate emphasized that creating a business-friendly environment and promoting industrial growth remain key priorities of the district administration. She instructed officials to address traders’ and entrepreneurs’ concerns in a time-bound manner and ensure effective coordination among departments.
Discussing law and order and business security, the DM appealed to traders to install CCTV cameras at their establishments, cooperate with beat policing initiatives, and immediately report any suspicious activities to the police. She said enhanced surveillance and public participation would help strengthen security and prevent criminal activities in commercial areas.
The District Magistrate also directed officials of the Municipal Council and Public Works Department (PWD) to improve civic infrastructure in industrial areas and markets. Instructions were issued to ensure proper maintenance of roads, drainage systems, street lighting, sanitation facilities, and the removal of encroachments.
Taking serious note of waterlogging issues in industrial areas, she instructed the concerned departments to resolve the problem within fifteen days. She stressed that uninterrupted industrial operations require adequate infrastructure and timely civic services.
Representatives of trade associations and industrial units also shared suggestions aimed at improving ease of doing business and promoting economic development in the district. The administration assured participants that their suggestions would be considered seriously and necessary steps would be taken to further strengthen trade and industrial activities in Hapur.
The meeting concluded with a commitment from the district administration to ensure faster grievance redressal, improved infrastructure, and a more conducive environment for business and industrial growth.
